Refund policy

Personalised items are unfortunately non refundable unless the item arrives damaged. Damaged items will be replaced free of charge. This does not cover wear and tear.

We offer a "wrong model guarantee" where you can get 50% off another case if you have ordered the wrong model as a present. Please contact us if this happens!
