Return & Refund Policy
Personalised Items Due to the bespoke nature of personalised products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please double-check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage so we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. Please note this does not cover general wear and tear.
Wrong Model Guarantee Ordered the wrong model as a gift? Don't worry — we've got you covered! We offer a "Wrong Model Guarantee" where you can receive 50% off a replacement case if you ordered the wrong model as a present. Simply get in touch with us and we'll sort it out.
Non-Personalised Items If you've changed your mind on a non-personalised item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
