Ordering
On each product page, you’ll see the option to add a monogram. Simply enter your chosen initials (or short text) and select your preferred foil colour (where available).
Our team then hot-foils your monogram by hand using a specialist British-made press to ensure a crisp, long-lasting finish.
Yes. Our Satisfaction Guarantee means you can return your personalised Moonreed item for a refund if you’re not happy with it, subject to our standard returns conditions. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on how to start a return.
Don’t worry – contact us as soon as possible at sales@moonreed.com or call 01634 791797. If your order hasn’t been personalised or dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to change it. If it has already been sent, you may be able to return it in line with our Refund Policy.
Yes. Every Moonreed piece arrives in a Moonreed gift box, making it perfect to give straight away or keep as a storage box for your leather goods.
Shipping
If you place your order before 3pm (UK time), we aim to personalise and dispatch it the very same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be sent on the next working day.
All UK orders placed before 3pm are sent with DPD Next Day as standard. We also offer DPD Saturday delivery for an additional £6.95
Yes. We offer worldwide delivery from our base in the UK. Shipping options and prices will be shown at checkout once you’ve entered your delivery address. Any local customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Warranty
Your Moonreed case is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered, but our leather is designed to age beautifully with good care.
We’re confident you’ll love your new Moonreed piece. If for any reason you don’t, you can return it for a full refund – even if it has been monogrammed, as long as it’s within the timeframe and conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
Manufacture and care
Moonreed phone cases, wallets and accessories are crafted from premium, sustainably sourced full-grain or calf leather, wrapped around a protective internal shell (for cases) to keep your device safe while looking refined.
Yes – and that’s part of the charm. Real leather develops a unique patina with use, meaning your Moonreed piece becomes more characterful over time. Light scuffs can often be gently buffed out with a soft cloth.
Device Support
We currently offer “The Classic Case” for a range of iPhone models (including iPhone 7/8/SE through to the latest iPhone 17 series), as well as AirPods / AirPods Pro cases and leather cardholders. You can filter by model on the Shop page to find your device.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other popular local payment methods, processed via secure checkout providers
